What a customer needed, what store-staff in a consultation-intensive service already tried, what changed since: none of it lived in one place.

SmartPlugs

Proposing smart home to an accessory brand, leading its first connected product launch. The product shipped and then soething went dark. 

SIX DAYS Track Race-App

A 3-5 day track cycling event, whose info only lived in a paper booklet. Its's website only sold tickets. More than 20 interviews and two test rounds later, the hardest problem was a single word.

Design leadership on the floor

Team of 5

After becoming No.3 smartphone accessories brand in the DACH region, I built and led a design team of five at Artwizz, starting from a department of one. We expanded the product portfolio from 43 to 300+ products, focused on the different users, expectations and complexity. Design stopped being a single craft and became a systemic process.

Trusting contribution

I create conditions for every team member, includign the quieter ones, to be heard, in reviews and especially in complex day-to-day work.

I motivate ideas that started in my design review and ended up shaping how other departments work.

The Human Side

Does it influence? Colleagues, leads, stakeholder, friends say yes.

Leading myself

I chose  design I chose to expand in UX. Now I work across health, automotive, data- and AI-driven solutions.
