Collaborative Leadership

Learned together on the production floor, not from a slide deck. 

Before moving to UX design, I lead a design team (industrial design) for seven years owning design direction, stakeholder relationships and budgets, as well as mentoring individual designers.

Moving into UX didn't narrow my range, it opened it up. Designing experiences for the health sector, automotive platforms, SaaS products and now AI-driven worklflows fold straight into how I create and collaborate.

In 2017, GIGA, one of Germany's largest technology and gaming publications, interviewed me about our products design work at Artizz.
